Subject: 2 Seperate orders
I have ordered from you numerous times and I purchased some prebonded hair for a friend, for her wedding. The order didn't go though but paypal did and after emailing to find out what happened my order was updated and dispatched the very same day. The communication and service rom this company are fantastic. Unfortunately due to their systems being down Royal Mail couldn't deliver untill 7 days later so it was too late for my firend. I ordered some aftercare products two days ago. Arrved this morning. Fantastic. I always use this company and they have never let me down. :) |

This is the first time I have used your shop and I am very pleased. I have been having Racoon extentions for about 5 years and it has cost in the region of £5000 in the 5 years for the hair and maintenance. The hair is nice but its so expensive to have done.
