How to Wash Pre-Bonded Hair Extensions
Before washing, gently brush through the extensions to remove any tangles. Wash with your head upright using lukewarm water and a shampoo suitable for human hair extensions.
Massage the scalp gently with your fingertips rather than aggressively rubbing or scrubbing the bonded areas. Allow the shampoo to move through the lengths without twisting or bunching the hair together.
Conditioner should mainly be applied through the mid-lengths and ends. Avoid applying conditioner, oils or rich treatments directly onto the keratin bonds.
Bond care: Keeping oily or conditioning products away from the keratin attachments can help reduce unnecessary bond slippage or softening.
Dry Your Extensions and Bonds Thoroughly
After washing, gently squeeze or blot excess water from the hair rather than rubbing it vigorously with a towel.
A hairdryer can be used, but use controlled heat and avoid concentrating very high temperatures directly onto the keratin bonds. Most importantly, make sure the bonded attachment areas are completely dry.

Make sure the hair is completely dry before bed. Longer extensions can be worn in a loose plait or low ponytail to help reduce movement and tangling overnight.
Swimming
We recommend keeping extensions out of swimming pool and sea water wherever possible. Chlorine and salt water can contribute to dryness, tangling, matting and colour changes.
Colouring & Toning

Pre-bonded extensions should also be removed using the correct professional remover, tools and technique. Never pull or force bonded extensions from the natural hair.
