If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, changed your mind or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 28 days of receiving your unused product. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will gladly issue a refund or offer an exchange in accordance with the terms outlined below.
28 Days Returns for a Refund:
You may return any unused product purchased from us within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund. Aftercare products must remain unopened and in their original packaging, as with all our products. Hair extensions must be unused; for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if they have been used. Unused bundles must not be split, removed, or tampered with. During the festive period (November to December), we extend the return window to 42 days for a refund or exchange.
Need An Exchange?
If you would like an exchange, such as for an incorrect colour, please contact us to arrange a product exchange. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and the cost of resending the item(s).
If you have received the wrong order, please return it to us, and once received, we will dispatch your replacements.
When returning your order, please include the following in your package:
- Unopened items in their original packaging
- A copy of the sales invoice or returns form with the items and prices circled
- The reason for your return written on the invoice
If you do not have a printer, you can include a cover letter with your Name, Address, and Order Number along with a brief description of the reason for your return.
For your protection, we recommend using a Royal Mail Tracked and Insured service.
