Delivery Options:
* Special Offer for a limited time only: Orders placed over £150 (excluding p&p) we will give you a free upgrade to standard Special Delivery Pre 1pm* (UK orders only/excluding heavy items such as aftercare products and kits)
** Please note that for all deliveries unfortunately we are unable to leave parcels in a safe place, all requests will be ignored, this is to prove the safe arrival of your valuable goods. We only deliver to the address provided to us upon checkout, we will not amend or change any postal address once an order has been confirmed and paid for this includes any delivery notes for Royal Mail, they will only deliver as addressed.
United Kingdom Orders:
We currently ship all our products within the UK by Royal Mail Tracked. This service normally takes 1-3 working days after dispatch, however this isn't a guaranteed service and may take longer than expected. Unfortunately Royal Mail will not attempt deliveries on public bank holidays.If you require your order urgently we recommend you use Special Delivery which is a next-day service (during weekdays) which is charged on top of the standard delivery fee, all you have to do is add the Special Delivery Upgrade to your shopping cart.
Christmas Orders: Please expect delays during the busiest time of the year between late November and December when using the standard delivery service as deliveries may take longer than expected, unfortunately this is something beyond our control, thank you for your patience.
Delivery outside the United Kingdom:
HairXtensions.co.uk deliver to the many different locations around the world, prices depend on the weight of your order and are automatically calculated upon checkout.Delivery Times:
▪ Europe: 3-5 working days*
▪ Rest of World: 7-12 working days*
International shipments maybe subject to customs processing depending on the value of the order. Due to customs declaration laws we will declare the correct value amount when shipping your order. Please note aware that delays may occur from the customs inspection team and import duty maybe required which the buyer must pay.
* Since the UK has left the EU all items maybe subject to further customs checks and VAT charges, therefore there maybe a delay with deliveries.The buyer will be liable for these charges and therefore be contacted by customs once your shipment has been processed. For further details please contact your local customs customer services for fees and delivery time information. If the recipient has not received a card from the postal service about the item being held awaiting a VAT/Customs charge, we would advise that they contact their own postal service. Some countries may require the recipient to contact customs directly, but the overseas postal service will be able to confirm this. Unfortunately, Royal Mail are not permitted to contact overseas postal services or customs office on the recipient’s behalf. This must be done directly. If the item cannot be delivered or if the VAT is not paid, the item will be returned to sender.
Checking Your Order Status:
You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order:
▪ The first confirms that your order has been received and your order is in processing (your order confirmation number will be included); this e-mail will arrive to you within a few minutes of placing your order.
If you have not recieved the confirmation email please check your spam folder and add sales@hairxtensions.co.uk to your safe senders list.
Tracking Your Parcel:
All UK deliveries are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked or Special Delivery, your tracking number will be automatically sent to you once dispatched (within 1-2 hours after our dispatch deadline Monday to Friday) You can use that number for Order Tracking by clicking on the following link Track Your Order which will take you to the official Royal Mail website. Please note, it may take 24 hours after your package was picked up from our fulfillment center before tracking information appears on the website.Terms Of Use:
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery - Unfortunately we no longer offer a Saturday Guaranteed service, but Royal Mail can attempt a tracked/special service on a Saturday. Please note, this does not guarantee delivery.
Delivery Address - Its very important that you provide us with accurate delivery details. If you notice a error to the address you have provided, please notify us immediately and give at least an hours notice before our 3pm dispatch deadline. We cannot be held responsible if you have entered an incorrect delivery address, once dispatched no refund or replacement will be offered. Returned orders be always be offered to be resent at our standard shipping rate or alternatively a refund, minus postage.
Order Amendments - Making a change to your order maybe possible before we dispatch, please give us at least an hours notice before our 3pm dispatch deadline (Monday to Friday) However, once tracking is assigned, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Order Delays - Please understand that unforeseen delays may occur. Such as delays in transportation, fuel shortages, postal strikes or adverse weather conditions. That's why we cannot be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. If your order has been delayed please contact us and our team will work diligently to locate and resolve any issues with shipment, ensuring prompt delivery of your order. If your order still hasn't arrived by 7 days after the dispatch date please refer to the Lost Orders section below. We would strongly recommend please do NOT book any hairdressing/salon appointments until your order is received by you and checked and approved by you. We do not accept liability for any costs incurred with delayed deliveries.
Damaged Orders - If your parcel arrives damaged we recommend you either reject the parcel upon delivery or you must sign for the parcel "damaged" so this is logged on to Royal Mail tracking page. We must be notified with 24 hours of you recieving the damaged goods. You will then have to provide us with your order number, tracking details and photographic evidence of the damaged item. We will pass over this information to Royal Mail so we can process a claim.
Lost Orders - If your order has not arrived within 7 days of being dispatched, please contact us immediately so we can ask Royal Mail to start an investigation. Unfortunately we cannot ask Royal Mail to start an investigation before 7 days after the dispatch date. If you report the missing item after this timescale we may not be able to make a claim to the courier service. If your order has been marked as delivered and you are denying receipt of the parcel, we can ask Royal Mail to start an investigation by checking GPS and interviewing the delivery officer. No refund or replacement will be offered until Royal Mail complete their investigation process.
Missing Items - If your order arrives and you are missing goods please notify us immediately and we will check our records and the Royal Mail weight label, after we complete our investigation if we find we have made an error we will dispatch you a replacement immediately or we will offer you a partial refund. Please note that fraudulent claims can result in the termination of your account.
