Follow the simple steps below to complete your purchase.

1. Browse & Add Products to Your Cart

Explore our full range of human hair extensions, tools, and accessories.

Each product page includes detailed descriptions, colour options, and quantity selections. Once you’ve found what you need, simply click the “Add to Cart” button.

You can continue shopping or go straight to checkout at any time by selecting the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page.

2. Review Your Shopping Cart

Before checking out, take a moment to review your cart. Here you can:

• Adjust product quantities

• Remove unwanted items

• Enter any discount codes or promo vouchers

• View estimated shipping costs

Once you’re happy with your selections, click “Proceed to Checkout.”

3. Create an Account

At checkout, you’ll have the option to:

• Log in (if you already have an account)

• Create a new account for faster future checkout

Creating an account allows you to track your orders, save addresses, and view past purchases for easy reordering.

4. Select Delivery & Payment Options

After entering your delivery details, you’ll be prompted to choose your preferred shipping and payment options.

💡 Please note: Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot amend the delivery address or change your items within your order.

6. Order Processing & Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3 PM (Mon–Fri) the same day (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after this time or during weekends are processed the next working day.

We offer several delivery options, including:

• Royal Mail Tracked (UK) all orders shipped as standard.

• Special Delivery (Next Day) simply add the upgrade to your cart!

• International Shipping via Royal Mail or courier partners.
