Ordering from HairXtensions is quick and straightforward. Browse our hair extensions, aftercare, tools and accessories, select the products you need and complete your order securely online.
If you're ordering hair extensions for the first time, we recommend checking your colour, method, length and quantity before completing checkout.
Quick answer: Choose your products, select the correct options and quantity, add them to your basket, enter your delivery details and complete payment at checkout. We'll then email your order confirmation and send tracking information when your order is dispatched, where applicable.
Before Ordering Hair Extensions
Getting the correct colour is one of the most important parts of ordering hair extensions online. We strongly recommend checking our Colour Chart and Colour Match Guarantee before purchasing if you're unsure which shade to choose.

For hair extensions, carefully check the fitting method, colour, length, weight and pack size shown on the product page.
Select Your Options & Quantity
Choose the required colour, length and any other available product options, then select the quantity you need.
When you're happy with your selection, add the product to your basket.
Review Your Basket
Before checkout, check each item carefully. Make sure the products, colours, lengths and quantities are correct and remove or adjust anything you no longer require.
Enter Your Delivery Details
Continue to checkout and enter your contact and delivery information. Please check your house number, street, town, postcode and country carefully before completing the order.
Choose Delivery & Payment
The available delivery and payment options for your order will be displayed during checkout.
Review your order total and delivery details carefully before completing payment.
Order Confirmation
After successfully placing your order, we'll send an order confirmation to the email address supplied at checkout.

Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a dispatch notification and tracking information where applicable.

How do I know which hair colour to order?
Start with our Colour Chart and Colour Match Guarantee. Choosing the correct shade before opening or fitting your extensions is especially important.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, PayPal Pay in 3 for eligible customers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Amazon Pay where the relevant payment option is available at checkout.
Can I use PayPal Pay in 3?
PayPal Pay in 3 may be offered to eligible customers during checkout. Eligibility and approval are determined by PayPal and are subject to PayPal's applicable terms.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us immediately. We may be able to make a change before processing is complete, but amendments cannot be guaranteed once your order is being prepared or has been dispatched.
What time do I need to order for same-day dispatch?
Our normal deadline is 3pm Monday–Friday for same-working-day dispatch when we're open, excluding Bank Holidays and announced closure periods.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. Delivery is available to a range of international destinations. Enter your destination during checkout to see the delivery options available for your order.
Do you offer next-day UK delivery?

When will I receive my tracking information?
