I have ordered from you numerous times and I purchased some prebonded hair for a friend, for her wedding. The order didn't go though but paypal did and after emailing to find out what happened my order was updated and dispatched the very same day. The communication and service rom this company are fantastic. Unfortunately due to their systems being down Royal Mail couldn't deliver untill 7 days later so it was too late for my firend. I ordered some aftercare products two days ago. Arrved this morning. Fantastic. I always use this company and they have never let me down. :)

I have been having Racoon extentions for about 5 years and it has cost in the region of £5000 in the 5 years for the hair and maintenance. The hair is nice but its so expensive to have done. I ordered 18" #16 ash blonde in 1.0g yesterday and paid £6.99 for faster delivery. My order is already here by 11am the next day and I am absolutely amazed by the amazing service I have received, from email for help and receiving my order the company have been fantastic. This is my second set of pre bonded hair extensions and already just by the feel of the hair without having them put in yet I am so pleased with them. They are so soft and so thick.
I was a bit worried about the colour as my hair is quite a hard colour to get to, the extensions are slightly darker than my hair but not able to notice. I will keep you updated in a few months for the quality of the hair :). Thank you.

From the very first time I used the internet to try and find the hair extensions to suit me I was having problems. They were not the right colour, not the right style, not the right length etc. Also I even had some that I had a big problem getting my money back for as they didn't arrive, so when I thought of using the internet again I was very sceptical.
