I’ve ordered from this company numerous times and have always been really pleased with both the products and the service. I recently purchased some pre-bonded hair for a friend to wear for her wedding. Unfortunately, the order didn’t go through properly even though the PayPal payment had been processed. After emailing the company to find out what had happened, they responded quickly, updated my order and dispatched it that very same day.
The communication and customer service were fantastic throughout. Unfortunately, due to delivery system issues, Royal Mail didn’t deliver the parcel until seven days later, which sadly meant it arrived too late for my friend’s wedding. This was disappointing, but I couldn’t fault the company for the way they dealt with my order.
I also ordered some aftercare products two days ago, and they arrived this morning — fantastic service once again! I always use this company and, whenever I’ve needed their help, they’ve been reliable, helpful and quick to respond. I’ll definitely continue ordering from them. :)

I ordered a full heads of 14" #1b nail tips and fitted them the weekend and wanted to say how lovely the hair was. It looked so thick and that was before I had taken it out of the packet. I have used this company for many years and genuinely have nothing but good things to say about them. I have worked as a professional hair extension specialist for many years and, before discovering Hairxtensions, I tried products from at least five other websites.
