Chelsea Houska has hair extensions

Chelsea Houska has had great hair since fans first met her on 16 & Pregnant nearly four years ago. She's always changing the style and color of it and from red to blonde to brown, it never looks out of place. However, is her perfect hair really hers? It's actually not. In a new video posted to Vine on May 21, Chelsea is showing fans that her full hair has been achieved by the addition of hair extensions. "Fixin' dat weave," the video's caption reads -- and that's exactly what she's doing. In the short clip, Chelsea's friend Landon is seen repairing one of her extensions with a pair of pliers and she definitely doesn't look like she's enjoying herself. Hair extensions are often a pretty tedious process when it comes to getting them installed. It typically takes hours. Then, once they are in, they are hard to keep up. Although they can be washed and styled as normal hair, they tangle easily and are often a bit uncomfortable. Being in the beauty industry, Chelsea always has to look her best and beauty is pain. So while things may not always be fun for her, fans can always expect that she will look her best at all times.
