The most useful submissions are those that clearly show the finished result and include enough information for us to understand which HairXtensions products were used.
What Kind of Photos Are Best?
Clear, well-lit images make it much easier to show the transformation properly.
Before-and-after photos are especially useful because they show the difference in length, volume, colour or overall style.
Where possible, try to:
- Use good natural or salon lighting
- Keep the hair fully visible
- Avoid heavy filters that change the hair colour
- Take the photo from a clear angle
- Keep the background reasonably uncluttered
- Make sure the image is sharp and in focus
Include the Extension Details
If you know them, include details such as:

Where appropriate and where the correct information has been supplied, we can include stylist or salon credit with a featured transformation.
Make sure the correct social media handle or business name is included when you submit or tag the image so we know who to credit.
Can Customers Be Featured Too?
Yes. Customer photos can also be considered for features, particularly where they clearly show the finished result and the HairXtensions product being worn.
This may include Clip-Ins, ponytails, professionally fitted extensions or other compatible HairXtensions products.
Before-and-After Photos Work Best
Transformation posts are often most useful when viewers can see the starting point as well as the final result.
If you have both images, try to take them in similar lighting and from a similar angle. This makes the difference in length, volume and colour much easier to see.
Do Not Over-Edit the Hair Colour
Filters and heavy image editing can change how extension colours appear on screen.
Small adjustments to brightness or exposure are fine, but try to keep the hair colour as close to the real-life result as possible.
This is particularly important when the feature includes specific shade information.
Not Every Submission Will Be Featured
We cannot guarantee that every tagged post or submitted image will be published.
Features depend on image quality, suitability, available space and whether the content is useful for our customers.
If your photo is not selected, it does not necessarily mean there is anything wrong with the transformation.
