The Christmas period is the busiest time of the year for postal services — and that means delivery times can take a little longer than usual. To avoid any delays or disappointment, we recommend placing your orders well before the 19th of December.
Whether you’re stocking up for clients, topping up your own extensions, or preparing for the New Year rush, ordering early ensures your products arrive right on time.

After 3pm on the 19th of December, our team will be signing off for a well-deserved Christmas and New Year break. We’ll be spending time with loved ones, recharging, and getting ready to bring you even more amazing products and service in 2026.
All orders placed during our closure will be processed and dispatched as soon as we reopen on the 2nd of January.
