The star joked that the locks came from ‘a dead persons hair’ on the Graham Norton Show on Saturday.
When fellow guest Mary Berry refused to believe it was from a dead person, Daniel replied: ‘Well I assume the person is dead or someone who’s donated it.’
The Great British Bake-Off complimented his new locks for being soft and tucked some behind his ear so she could see his face.
Radcliffe is currently earning rave reviews for his role as poet Allen Ginsberg in Kill Your Darlings.
