Simple Guide to Hair Extension Aftercare: Washing: Before washing, brush your hair extensions thoroughly to remove any teasing or tangles. Gently hand wash with a mild shampoo in cool water. Never rub the hair together while washing.Allow the shampooed water to run through the hair and soak for five minutes. Rinse in clean water, then add conditioner and leave for five minutes Drying: Squeeze out the excess water and towel blot. Let the hair dry naturally and do not brush whilst wet. Styling: To restyle, you may use a blow dryer, curling iron or electric rollers but do not touch the bonds with any heat tool! As this will weaken the bonds (Only apply's to Pre-Bonded method) Hair dyes and permanents may also be used, but with professional care only. Styling products such as hairspray, gel or mousse may also be used to enhance any hair style.
