Our Black 6mm Keratin Bonding Glue Sticks – 12 Pack are designed for professional hair-extension preparation, re-tipping and reshaping of compatible pre-bonded extension attachments using a suitable small glue gun.
Each Black keratin glue stick measures approximately 10cm long x 6mm diameter and can be melted using compatible equipment when creating or replacing keratin attachments on suitable extension hair.
The Black colour provides a darker keratin option for compatible hair-extension preparation where the attachment colour needs to coordinate with darker extension or natural hair shades.
The appearance of the finished attachment will depend on the extension shade, amount of keratin used and professional application technique.
Each pack contains 12 individual keratin glue sticks, with each stick measuring approximately 10cm in length and 6mm in diameter.
The 6mm diameter is designed for use with compatible smaller glue guns. Always check the glue-gun specifications before inserting or heating the keratin stick.
Keratin glue sticks can be used to replace or reshape compatible keratin attachments when suitable extension hair is being professionally prepared for reapplication.
Before re-tipping previously worn extension hair, remove any remaining bond residue appropriately and check that the extension strand remains suitable for further use.
Insert a glue stick into a compatible small glue gun and allow the keratin to soften according to the equipment and professional preparation method being used.
Apply an appropriate amount of softened keratin to the prepared extension strand and form the required attachment before allowing the bond to cool. The amount of keratin and extension hair used should be appropriate for the intended fitting method.
Once applied, the keratin forms the attachment used in the selected pre-bonded extension method. Bond performance and wear will depend on the amount of keratin used, extension preparation, fitting technique, maintenance and individual wear.
Compatible keratin attachments can be professionally removed using suitable bond-removal pliers together with an appropriate 50ml Acetone Bond Remover where the keratin system is suitable for acetone-based removal.

Do not pull or force bonded extension hair from the natural hair. The attachment should first be sufficiently broken down before the extension is carefully released.
