Our 4mm Silicone-Lined Micro Rings in Auburn are designed for compatible ring-based hair-extension fitting methods, including Stick-Tip / I-Tip Hair Extensions and selected Micro Ring hair weft application techniques.
Each pack contains approximately 100 Auburn Micro Rings. The rings are made from aluminium and feature an internal silicone lining designed to provide a cushioned contact surface and additional grip around the selected section of natural hair.
These 4mm Silicone-Lined Micro Rings are intended for use with our 0.5g Stick-Tip / I-Tip strands only. The fitting method uses a mechanical attachment and does not require fusion heat, adhesive glue, chemical bonding products, sewing or braiding.
These rings can be used with compatible Stick-Tip / I-Tip Hair Extensions as part of a ring-based fitting method.
A suitable section of natural hair is guided through the Micro Ring using an EZ Threader, pulling needle or other compatible threading tool. The Stick-Tip extension is then positioned within the ring before the attachment is secured using suitable smooth-jaw or Micro Ring application pliers.
Correct section size, ring positioning and controlled pressure are important during application. Professional training in the relevant hair-extension fitting method is recommended.
The internal silicone lining creates a cushioned contact surface between the aluminium ring and the selected section of natural hair.
The lining is also designed to provide additional grip within the attachment. Actual performance will depend on correct fitting, natural hair characteristics, maintenance and individual wear.
Micro Ring fitting uses a mechanical attachment. For compatible Stick-Tip application, the ring is positioned around a suitable section of natural hair together with the extension tip and then secured using suitable application pliers.
This fitting method does not require fusion heat, adhesive glue, chemical bonding products, sewing or braiding.
These Silicone-Lined Micro Rings can also be used with selected hair weft fitting techniques where compatible Micro Rings form part of the attachment method.
Weft-fitting techniques differ from individual Stick-Tip application, so appropriate sectioning, ring placement and professional tools should be used for the chosen fitting method.
Micro Rings are available in different colours so the attachment can be coordinated with the natural hair and extension shade where appropriate.
Auburn is intended for consideration with suitable auburn, warm brunette and red-toned hair or extension shades. The most appropriate colour will depend on the natural hair, extension colour and attachment placement.
As the natural hair grows, ring-based extensions require periodic maintenance. During maintenance or removal, the Micro Ring should be carefully reopened using a suitable Micro Ring opening or removal plier.
Once opened, the extension tip and natural hair can be released without pulling the attachment directly away from the natural hair.
Previously used Micro Rings may be considered for reapplication if they remain suitable for further use and have not become bent, damaged or distorted.
Professional training in the relevant fitting, maintenance and removal method is recommended.
