The HairX Pro Professional Heat Fusion Connector is designed for the application of compatible Nail-Tip / U-Tip pre-bonded hair extensions. Its curved heating tip is shaped for working with keratin bonds during professional pre-bonded extension fitting.
Featuring adjustable temperature control, a lightweight handheld design, extended power cable and 360° swivel connection, the tool is designed to provide flexibility while working around different sections of the head.
During Nail-Tip / U-Tip application, the connector is used to heat a compatible keratin bond so that it can be shaped around the selected section of natural hair using the appropriate professional fitting technique.
The curved heating tip is designed to provide a practical working surface when heating pre-formed keratin bonds. Once softened, the bond should be shaped using the appropriate technique and suitable protective equipment.
The connector features adjustable temperature control, allowing the heat setting to be adjusted when working with compatible pre-bonded extensions.
The appropriate temperature can vary according to the bond being used. Always follow the relevant hair-extension and keratin-bond fitting guidance and avoid applying unnecessary heat to the natural hair or scalp.
The shaped heating end incorporates a curved Nail-Tip mould designed for working with pre-bonded keratin extensions. This allows the softened bond to be prepared for shaping during the fitting process.
Correct section size, bond placement and application technique are important when fitting semi-permanent pre-bonded hair extensions.
The lightweight handheld design is intended to make the connector practical to handle throughout a hair-extension fitting service.
A 360° swivel cable connection allows the power lead to move as the tool is repositioned, while the extended cable provides additional working flexibility around the fitting area.

Keratin residue can build up around the heating surfaces during regular use, so keeping the connector clean is an important part of ongoing maintenance.
For step-by-step cleaning information, read our How to Clean Your Hair Extension Fusion Connector guide.
Always allow the connector to cool fully and disconnect it from the power supply before carrying out cleaning or maintenance.
The HairX Pro Professional Heat Fusion Connector comes with a 6-month warranty. Please retain your order information for warranty purposes.

These individual Chinese Remy human hair extensions use a pre-bonded keratin Nail-Tip / U-Tip attachment and are fitted professionally using a fusion heat connector.
At approximately 0.5g per strand, this range provides a lighter individual strand that is useful for flexible placement and blending.
These extensions are supplied in quantities of 25 strands.
As a general guide, approximately 150–200 strands (6–8 bundles) may be used for a full-head application, while around 75–100 strands (3–4 bundles) may be used for a half-head application.
The exact amount required depends on your natural hair thickness, density, existing length and the finished result you want to achieve. We recommend discussing the required quantity with your hairstylist before ordering.
Nail-Tip extensions use a heat-fusion fitting method. The pre-bonded keratin tip is softened using a professional fusion heat connector and secured around an appropriately sized section of natural hair.

Nail-Tip extensions should be removed carefully using suitable professional removal products and tools to soften and separate the keratin attachment from the natural hair.

With suitable aftercare, the extensions can be worn for approximately 2–3 months. They can be washed, curled and straightened, while care should be taken around the keratin attachments.

For trained professionals only. Before use, confirm the keratin bond is compatible, inspect the tool and cable, and work on dry, neatly separated hair using appropriate heat protection.
Set the temperature according to the approved keratin-bond instructions and allow the tool to reach the intended setting. Place a correctly sized pre-bonded extension at the appropriate distance from the scalp, briefly soften the keratin bond using the curved jaws and shape the softened bond with the correct protective technique.
Keep the heating surfaces clear of the scalp, skin and natural hair where possible. Never leave the tool unattended while powered. Unplug after fitting and cool fully before cleaning or storing.
Professional training and the fitting instructions for the keratin material take priority over this overview.
Work in clean, controlled sections and follow the attachment size, placement and temperature guidance for the selected keratin bonds. A higher temperature is not necessarily better; excessive heat can damage hair and degrade a bond.
Avoid placing hot jaws against the scalp, and do not clamp or reheat bonds unnecessarily. Use sectioning tools and suitable finger protection.
This connector is primarily an application tool, not a dedicated extension-removal appliance. For removal, follow the recommended professional keratin-bond remover and method.
Unplug the connector and allow the heating surfaces to cool completely before maintenance or storage. Check the cable, plug, handle and heating jaws before use; do not operate damaged electrical equipment.
Remove cooled keratin residue only with the manufacturer-recommended cleaning method. Never immerse the tool in water. Store it dry and away from children.
Use a suitable heat-resistant work area, keep heated surfaces away from skin and flammable materials, and never leave an energised tool unattended.
