The HairX Pro Tools Bond Removal Plier is designed for professional removal of compatible Nail-Tip / U-Tip pre-bonded hair extensions and selected adhesive-based extension attachments. Its shaped jaws are designed to compress and break down the bond during the appropriate removal process.
Made from stainless steel, the plier features a spring-loaded action, textured handles for additional grip and a protective carry case for storage between appointments. It can also be used for removing compatible Micro Rings where appropriate.
When removing compatible Nail-Tip / U-Tip extensions, the plier can be used to compress and break apart the keratin attachment after the appropriate bond-removal product has been applied.
Breaking the bond into smaller sections can assist with releasing the extension from the natural hair without relying on pulling or excessive force.
The jaws are designed specifically for gripping and compressing compatible hair-extension bonds during removal. This allows pressure to be concentrated around the attachment while the bond is worked apart.
Reposition the plier around the bond as required rather than applying excessive pressure in a single area.
A spring-loaded mechanism assists with reopening the handles between uses, making the plier practical for repeated bond removal during a professional extension service.
The handles feature a slightly rimmed surface designed to provide additional grip while the tool is being used.
The plier measures approximately 17cm in length, with an approximate width of 8cm when open and 5cm when closed.
In addition to compatible pre-bonded extensions, the plier may also be used to open or remove selected Micro Rings where the jaw shape is suitable for the ring being worked on.
Take care to identify the ring or bond clearly before applying pressure and avoid trapping natural hair within the jaws.
The HairX Pro Bond Removal Plier is supplied with a protective carry case for convenient storage and transportation between professional fitting and removal services.

These individual Chinese Remy human hair extensions use a pre-bonded keratin Nail-Tip / U-Tip attachment and are fitted professionally using a fusion heat connector.
At approximately 0.5g per strand, this range provides a lighter individual strand that is useful for flexible placement and blending.
These extensions are supplied in quantities of 25 strands.
As a general guide, approximately 150–200 strands (6–8 bundles) may be used for a full-head application, while around 75–100 strands (3–4 bundles) may be used for a half-head application.
The exact amount required depends on your natural hair thickness, density, existing length and the finished result you want to achieve. We recommend discussing the required quantity with your hairstylist before ordering.
Nail-Tip extensions use a heat-fusion fitting method. The pre-bonded keratin tip is softened using a professional fusion heat connector and secured around an appropriately sized section of natural hair.

Nail-Tip extensions should be removed carefully using suitable professional removal products and tools to soften and separate the keratin attachment from the natural hair.

With suitable aftercare, the extensions can be worn for approximately 2–3 months. They can be washed, curled and straightened, while care should be taken around the keratin attachments.

Approximate length: 17cm
Approximate width: 8cm open / 5cm closed

Recommended application: Professional hair extension removal
1. Identify the hair extension attachment type and confirm that the Bond Removal Plier is suitable for the removal method.
2. Prepare the natural hair by gently detangling the lengths and sectioning away surrounding extensions.
3. Isolate an individual Nail-Tip / U-Tip keratin bond so the attachment and natural hair are clearly visible.
4. Position the shaped jaws around the hardened keratin attachment and carefully compress it to crack the bond.
5. Reposition the plier around the bond as necessary, using controlled pressure rather than crushing excessively in one place.
6. Apply a compatible professional keratin bond remover according to its instructions and allow it to work for the recommended period.
7. Carefully separate the loosened attachment from the natural hair. If it resists, repeat the appropriate breakdown and removal process rather than pulling harder.
8. Remove remaining bond residue with a suitable professional method, then inspect and gently detangle the natural hair.
9. Clean and dry the plier after use before storing it in the supplied protective case.
• Always identify the attachment type before selecting the correct removal tool and solution.
• Work through the hair in small, controlled sections so each keratin bond is clearly visible.
• Use the shaped jaws to crack the attachment in several areas rather than concentrating excessive force on one point.
• Pair the plier with a suitable keratin bond removal product; the plier alone may not fully release the attachment.
• Follow the removal solution manufacturer's instructions and allow sufficient time for the product to work.
• Support the natural hair when separating the extension to minimise pulling and unnecessary tension.
• Never force a stubborn bond. Repeat the appropriate cracking and remover application steps as required.
• For compatible Micro Ring removal, ensure the jaw shape and pressure are suitable for the ring and avoid trapping natural hair.
• The spring-loaded handles and textured grip can make repeated professional removal more comfortable and controlled.
• Intended for professional removal of compatible hair-extension attachments. Training in the relevant method is recommended.
• Do not pull, twist or force keratin bonds away from natural hair.
• Keep the plier jaws clear of the scalp and ensure natural hair is not trapped between the metal surfaces.
• Apply only controlled pressure to the attachment being removed. Excessive crushing can damage natural hair.
• Use a compatible bond-removal solution according to its label and safety instructions.
• If the remover contains acetone or another flammable solvent, work in a suitably ventilated area away from heat, flames and ignition sources.
• Wear appropriate protective equipment when required by the removal product instructions.
• Inspect the plier before use. Do not use it if the jaws are damaged, misaligned or the spring mechanism is faulty.
• Clean and dry the stainless-steel tool after use and store it in the supplied protective carry case.
• Keep professional removal equipment and chemical products away from children.
