Our HairX Remy Human Hair Colour Ring – 37 Swatches is designed to help hair-extension professionals and customers compare shades before selecting their extensions.
Made using 100% human Remy hair, the colour ring contains 37 individually labelled swatches covering natural shades, blondes, brunettes, reds and vibrant colours from the HairXtensions colour selection.
The colour ring contains 37 individual human-hair swatches, allowing colours to be viewed and compared against the natural hair before choosing an extension shade.
Each swatch is clearly identified by its corresponding colour number or name, helping you locate the relevant shade when browsing compatible HairXtensions products.
Hair colours can appear different depending on lighting, screen settings, surrounding tones and the natural hair being matched. Using a physical colour ring allows the extension shade to be compared directly against the hair rather than relying entirely on images viewed online.
When colour matching, compare several areas of the hair and consider the mid-lengths and ends as well as the overall colour. Hair can contain several different tones, so the most appropriate extension shade will depend on the result you are trying to achieve.
The natural and numbered shades included on the colour ring are:
#1, #1b, #2, #3, #4, #6, #8, #10, #12, #14, #16, #18, #20, #22, #24, #27, #30, #33, #60, #120, #130, #144, #99j, #350, #530 and #613.
The colour ring also includes the following vibrant and alternative shades:
Red, Orange, Purple, Pink, Burg, Yellow, Green, Fuchsia, Blue, Silver and Grey.
A physical colour ring can be particularly useful during salon or hair-extension consultations, allowing several shades to be compared directly with the client's natural hair before an extension colour is selected.
It can also be used when discussing alternative tones or identifying a colour reference for a future HairXtensions order.
Because hair-extension colours are supplied in different production batches, some variation in colour tone may occur between batches.
The colour ring should therefore be used as a helpful shade reference rather than a guarantee that every future batch will be identical to the individual swatch.
With regular handling and exposure to light, colour-ring swatches may gradually change or fade over time.
We therefore recommend considering replacement of a frequently used colour ring approximately every 12–24 months so you are working with a more recent set of shade references.
