They are applied to your natural hair (approx 1cm away from your scalp) with aluminium micro-rings, which hold your extensions firmly and securely in place. No heat or glue is used in this hair extension method.

If you are after a full head coverage, then your need is dependent on the volume that you are hoping to achieve and the thickness of your own hair before any fitting. But usually, 150 to 200 strands will be enough for full head and for half head 75 to 100 strands can be enough from this 0.5g range.
