Create deep jet-black length and fuller-looking results with our #1 Jet Black 22 Inch 1.0g Stick-Tip (I-Tip) Hair Extensions. Made from Chinese Remy human hair, these individual extensions feature slim Stick-Tip ends designed for professional fitting using suitable standard or silicone-lined Micro Rings.
Each strand weighs approximately 1.0g, providing approximately 25g of hair across 25 strands. #1 Jet Black is the deepest black shade within the range, providing a rich true-black appearance for natural or coloured hair with very dark black tones.
Stick-Tip hair extensions, also known as I-Tip extensions, are individual human hair strands supplied with a slim, firm tip designed to be secured to small sections of natural hair using suitable extension rings.
During fitting, a small section of natural hair is threaded through a Micro Ring. The Stick-Tip extension is then inserted into the ring before it is secured using professional extension pliers.
Micro Ring application does not require heat, glue or bonding adhesive. Standard or traditional Micro Rings can be used, while silicone-lined rings are also available as an alternative fitting option.
At approximately 1.0g per strand, these extensions contain a fuller amount of hair within each individual strand than our lighter 0.5g option. The appropriate strand weight, ring type, section size and placement should always be selected according to the density and condition of the natural hair.
Professional consultation and fitting are recommended, particularly when selecting the quantity and strand weight for a full-head application.
These extensions are supplied in quantities of 25 strands. For this product, the recommended guide is approximately 100–125 strands (4–5 bundles) for a full-head application and around 50–75 strands (2–3 bundles) for a half-head application.
The exact quantity required will depend on your natural hair thickness, density, existing length and the amount of additional length or volume you want to achieve. We recommend discussing the required quantity with your hairstylist before ordering.
These Stick-Tip extensions are designed for fitting using suitable standard, traditional or silicone-lined Micro Rings together with professional extension pliers and a suitable hook or loop threading tool.

A suitable Micro Ring is positioned onto a small section of natural hair using a hook or loop threading tool. The Stick-Tip extension is then inserted into the ring before it is secured using professional extension pliers.
Correct section size, ring selection and placement are important for a secure and comfortable application. Standard or silicone-lined rings may be selected according to the fitting requirements and natural hair.

Stick-Tip extensions should be removed carefully by opening the Micro Rings with suitable removal pliers before gently releasing the individual extension strands from the natural hair.

With appropriate fitting, care, maintenance and regular salon checks, these extensions can be worn for approximately 2–3 months. The human hair can be washed, curled and straightened, but correct care of both the extension hair and Micro Ring attachment areas is important throughout wear.
Always use a suitable heat-protection product when using heated styling tools on the extension hair. Avoid applying oils, conditioners or heavy styling products directly around the Micro Rings, as this may contribute to slippage.
Keep direct heat away from the attachment areas and brush the extensions carefully while supporting the fitted points.

#1 Jet Black is the deepest black shade within our colour range, providing a rich and true-black appearance. It is particularly suited to natural or coloured hair with very dark black tones through the mid-lengths and ends.
Compared with #1B Off Black, #1 Jet Black is darker and more intense. #1B has a softer natural-black appearance with subtle brunette tones that may become more noticeable in daylight.
Compared with #2 Dark Brown, #1 Jet Black is considerably darker. #2 moves into the deep-brunette section of the range, while #1 remains distinctly black.
If your hair appears black indoors but shows subtle brown tones in natural daylight, comparing #1 Jet Black and #1B Off Black together can help identify the closer match.
For the best colour comparison, check the extensions against the mid-lengths and ends of your natural hair in good natural daylight rather than matching only against the roots.
