Add cool-toned blonde length and fuller-looking results with our #16 Ash Blonde 22 Inch 1.0g Stick-Tip (I-Tip) Hair Extensions. Made from Chinese Remy human hair, these fuller individual extensions feature slim Stick-Tip ends designed for professional fitting using suitable Micro Rings or Micro Beads.
Each strand weighs approximately 1.0g, providing approximately 25g of hair across 25 strands. #16 Ash Blonde is a cool, muted blonde shade with less golden warmth than the warmer blondes within our colour range, making it particularly suited to ashier and more neutral-cool blonde tones.
Stick-Tip hair extensions, also known as I-Tip extensions, are individual human hair strands supplied with a slim, firm tip designed to be secured to small sections of natural hair using suitable extension rings or beads.
During fitting, a small section of natural hair is threaded through a Micro Ring or Micro Bead. The Stick-Tip extension is then inserted into the attachment before it is secured using professional extension pliers.
Micro Ring application does not require heat, glue or bonding adhesive. Correct attachment selection, section size and placement should be chosen according to the density and condition of the natural hair.
At approximately 1.0g per strand, these extensions contain a fuller amount of hair within each individual strand than our lighter 0.5g option. The appropriate strand weight and placement should therefore be selected according to the natural hair and desired finished result.
Professional consultation and fitting are recommended to help determine whether 1.0g strands are appropriate for the natural hair.
These extensions are supplied in quantities of 25 strands. For this product, the recommended guide is approximately 100–125 strands (4–5 bundles) for a full-head application and around 50–75 strands (2–3 bundles) for a half-head application.
The exact quantity required will depend on your natural hair thickness, density, existing length and the amount of additional length or volume you want to achieve. We recommend discussing the required quantity with your hairstylist before ordering.
These Stick-Tip extensions are designed for fitting using suitable Micro Rings or Micro Beads together with professional extension pliers and a suitable hook or loop threading tool.

Stick-Tip extensions should be removed carefully by opening the Micro Rings or Micro Beads with suitable removal pliers before gently releasing the individual extension strands from the natural hair.

With appropriate fitting, care and maintenance, these extensions can be worn for approximately 2–3 months. The human hair can be washed, curled and straightened, but correct care of both the extension hair and attachment areas is important throughout wear.
Always use a suitable heat-protection product when using heated styling tools on the extension hair. Avoid applying oils, conditioners or heavy styling products directly around the Micro Rings or Micro Beads, as this may contribute to slippage.
Keep direct heat away from the attachment areas and brush the extensions carefully while supporting the fitted points.

#16 Ash Blonde is a cool, muted blonde shade with less golden warmth than many of the warmer blondes within the range. It is particularly suited to natural or coloured hair with ashier blonde tones through the mid-lengths and ends.
Compared with #14 Dark Caramel, #16 Ash Blonde is lighter and noticeably cooler. #14 combines light-brunette depth with caramel and golden warmth, while #16 moves firmly into a cooler blonde direction.
Compared with #18 Honey Blonde, #16 is less golden. #18 has a warmer honey appearance, while #16 provides a more muted and ash-toned blonde result.
Compared with #22 Light Neutral Blonde, #16 has a cooler and slightly more muted character. #22 offers a lighter, more balanced blonde that is neither strongly golden nor strongly ash.
If you are choosing between a cool blonde and a warmer golden blonde, comparing #16 and #18 together in natural daylight can make the difference in undertone much easier to see.
For the best colour comparison, check the extensions against the mid-lengths and ends of your natural hair in good natural daylight rather than matching only against the roots.
