Add rich dark-brunette length and extra fullness with our #2 Dark Brown 14 Inch Remy Hair Weft Extensions. This approximately 115g continuous weft is made from Double-Drawn, Cuticle Correct Chinese Remy human hair and measures approximately 55–60 inches across.
At approximately 14 inches / 36cm in length, this weft provides a versatile option for adding length, thickness or customised sections of extension hair. The weft can be fitted using compatible glue-in, sewn-in or clip-in techniques depending on the chosen application.
#2 Dark Brown is a rich, deep brunette shade. It is lighter and more clearly brown than #1B Off Black while retaining greater depth than #3 Dark Chocolate Brown.
This hair weft can be used with several fitting options depending on the desired result. The source product can be fitted using compatible glue-in, sewn-in or clip-in methods.
The most appropriate fitting method will depend on the natural hair, desired result and fitting experience. Professional fitting is recommended for semi-permanent weft application methods.
View our Hair Weaving Techniques Guide for further information about working with Hair Weft extensions.
The approximately 55–60 inch continuous weft can be divided into smaller sections where required for the chosen fitting layout.
If you plan to cut the weft, we recommend using our HairX Pro Weft Sealer on the freshly cut edge as directed to help secure and finish the cut section before fitting.
This weft is made from Chinese Remy human hair and is Cuticle Correct, meaning the hair strands are arranged with their cuticles running in the same direction.
The hair is also Double-Drawn, with shorter hairs reduced during processing to provide a more consistent distribution of length throughout the weft.
The silky human hair can be straightened, curled and styled when required. Correct care and sensible heat use are important for maintaining the condition and appearance of the extensions.
With correct care and maintenance, these extensions have an approximate wear life of 2–3 months. Handle the weft gently when brushing, washing, drying and styling.
If using heated styling tools, apply a suitable heat-protection product and avoid excessive temperatures. Keep direct heat away from any adhesive, stitching or other attachment points used to secure the weft.

#2 Dark Brown is a rich, deep brunette shade positioned towards the darkest end of our brown colour range.
Compared with #1B Off Black, #2 Dark Brown is lighter and more clearly brunette. #1B remains predominantly black with subtle brown depth, whereas #2 has a definite dark-brown appearance.
Compared with #3 Dark Chocolate Brown, #2 is deeper. #3 has a slightly softer chocolate-brunette appearance, whereas #2 retains greater dark-brown depth.
Compared with #4 Chocolate Brown, #2 is noticeably darker. #4 moves further towards a medium-to-dark chocolate brunette, while #2 remains closer to the deepest end of the brown range.
If #1B Off Black appears too dark but #3 Dark Chocolate Brown looks slightly too soft or light, #2 Dark Brown may provide the closer shade to compare.
For the best colour comparison, check the shade against the mid-lengths and ends of your natural hair in good natural daylight rather than matching only against the roots.
