Each strand weighs approximately 0.5g, providing approximately 12.5g of hair across 25 strands. #2 Dark Brown is a rich, deep brunette shade, making it particularly suited to naturally dark-brown or coloured brunette hair.
Stick-Tip hair extensions, also known as I-Tip extensions, are individual human hair strands supplied with a slim, firm tip designed to be secured to small sections of natural hair using a suitable attachment method.
With a Micro Ring fitting, the natural hair and Stick-Tip extension are positioned through a suitable ring, which is secured using professional extension pliers. This method does not require heat.
Stick-Tips can also be fitted using suitable Shrinkies. With this method, controlled heat is applied using a Hair Extension Heat Connector to secure the Shrinkie around the extension and natural hair.
At approximately 0.5g per strand, these extensions provide a lightweight individual-strand option. The most appropriate fitting method, attachment size and strand quantity will depend on the density and condition of the natural hair and the finished result required. Professional consultation and fitting are recommended.
These extensions are supplied in quantities of 25 strands. As a general guide, approximately 150–200 strands (6–8 bundles) may be used for a full-head application, while around 100–150 strands (4–6 bundles) may be used for a half-head application.
The exact quantity required depends on factors including your natural hair thickness, density, existing length and the amount of length or volume you want to achieve. We recommend discussing the required quantity with your hairstylist before ordering.
The attachments and tools required will depend on the fitting method being used. Micro Ring applications require suitable rings and professional extension pliers, while Shrinkie applications require compatible Shrinkies and controlled heat.

When fitting with Micro Rings, a suitable ring is positioned onto a small section of natural hair, the Stick-Tip extension is inserted and the ring is secured using professional extension pliers.
When fitting with Shrinkies, the extension and natural hair are positioned within the attachment before controlled heat is applied to secure it.

Stick-Tip extensions should be removed carefully using the appropriate technique for the attachment method used. Micro Rings are opened with suitable removal pliers before the extension strand is gently released from the natural hair.

With appropriate fitting and maintenance, these extensions can be worn for approximately 2–3 months. The human hair can be washed and styled, but correct care of both the extensions and attachment areas is important throughout wear.
Avoid applying oils, conditioners or heavy styling products directly around the attachment areas, as this may contribute to slippage. The extensions should also be brushed carefully while supporting the attachment points.

#2 Dark Brown is a rich, deep brunette shade designed for dark-brown hair that does not appear black. It provides noticeably more brunette colouring than #1B Off Black.
Compared with #1B Off Black, #2 Dark Brown is lighter and more distinctly brown. #1B is better suited to very dark brunette-black hair, while #2 works well where a rich dark-brown finish is required.
Compared with #3 Dark Chocolate Brown, #2 Dark Brown has a slightly deeper brunette appearance. #3 provides a softer chocolate-brown finish.
For the best colour comparison, check the extensions against the mid-lengths and ends of your natural hair in good natural daylight rather than matching only against the roots.
