Add cool grey length and fuller-looking results with our Grey 18 Inch 0.5g Stick-Tip (I-Tip) Hair Extensions. Made from Chinese Remy human hair, these individual extensions feature slim Stick-Tip ends designed for professional fitting using suitable Micro Rings or Shrinkies.
Each strand weighs approximately 0.5g, providing approximately 12.5g of hair across 25 strands. Grey is a cool, balanced neutral shade that can be used to complement naturally grey hair or create distinctive grey-toned extension results.
Stick-Tip hair extensions, also known as I-Tip extensions, are individual human hair strands supplied with a slim, firm tip designed to be secured to small sections of natural hair using a suitable attachment method.
With a Micro Ring fitting, a small section of natural hair and the Stick-Tip extension are positioned through a suitable ring before it is secured using professional extension pliers. This application method does not require heat.
Stick-Tips can also be fitted using suitable Shrinkies. With this method, controlled heat is applied using a Hair Extension Heat Connector to secure the Shrinkie around the extension and natural hair.
At approximately 0.5g per strand, these extensions provide a lightweight individual-strand option that allows a stylist to control the placement and distribution of hair throughout the application. Professional consultation and fitting are recommended.
These extensions are supplied in quantities of 25 strands. As a general guide, approximately 150–200 strands (6–8 bundles) may be used for a full-head application, while around 75–100 strands (3–4 bundles) may be used for a half-head application.
The exact quantity required will depend on your natural hair thickness, density, existing length and the amount of additional length or volume you want to achieve. We recommend discussing the required quantity with your hairstylist before ordering.
The attachments and tools required will depend on the fitting method being used. Micro Ring applications require suitable rings and professional extension pliers, while Shrinkie applications require compatible Shrinkies and controlled heat.

When fitting with Micro Rings, a suitable ring is positioned onto a small section of natural hair, the Stick-Tip extension is inserted and the ring is secured using professional extension pliers.
When fitting with Shrinkies, the extension and natural hair are positioned within the attachment before controlled heat is applied to secure it.

Stick-Tip extensions should be removed carefully using the appropriate technique for the attachment method used. Micro Rings are opened using suitable removal pliers before the individual extension strand is gently released from the natural hair.

With appropriate fitting, care and maintenance, these extensions can be worn for approximately 8–12 weeks. The human hair can be washed and heat styled, but correct care of both the extensions and attachment areas is important throughout wear.
When using heated styling tools, keep direct heat away from Micro Rings, Shrinkies and other attachment points. Avoid applying oils, conditioners or heavy styling products directly around the attachments, as this may contribute to slippage.

Grey is a cool, balanced neutral shade designed for hair with visible grey colouring or for creating a distinctive grey-toned result. Its more muted appearance makes it different from brighter metallic silver shades.
Compared with Silver, Grey has a more neutral and subdued appearance. Silver is cooler, brighter and has a more noticeable silver-toned finish, while Grey provides a softer classic grey result.
Grey shades can look lighter or darker depending on the surrounding hair and lighting, so checking the colour in good natural daylight is particularly useful.
For the best colour comparison, check the extensions against the mid-lengths and ends of your natural hair rather than matching only against the roots.
