Remy hair is one of the finest quality used in making hair extensions. It can also be called cuticle hair, quality hair. Remy hair is created by using youthful hair and processing it in a way that maintains the shine and luster while keeping the cuticles intact. The cuticle is the outer protective coating of the hair. You can treat/style Remy hair exactly as you would your own natural hair. You can use a curling iron, hot rollers, flat iron, hair blower etc.
The stick-tip method technique is commonly used as it does not cause any damage to the hair unless taken out without proper directions or by a trained professional. These extensions can last up to 8 to 12 weeks with proper aftercare and maintenance. For a full head approximately 150/200 strands are sufficient and for half head around 75/100 strands would be adequate. More or less packs maybe required, we suggest consulting your hairdresser for a more accurate answer.
