Each strand weighs approximately 1.0g, providing approximately 25g of hair across 25 strands. #99J Red Wine is a deep, rich burgundy-red shade with wine-toned colouring, making it particularly suited to natural or coloured hair with darker red and burgundy tones.
Stick-Tip hair extensions, also known as I-Tip extensions, are individual human hair strands supplied with a slim, firm tip designed to be secured to small sections of natural hair using suitable extension rings.
During fitting, a small section of natural hair is positioned through a Micro Ring. The Stick-Tip extension is then inserted into the ring before it is secured using professional extension pliers.
Micro Ring application does not require heat or adhesive during fitting. For these 1.0g Stick-Tip strands, we recommend either 4.5mm traditional Micro Rings or 5mm silicone-lined Micro Rings, depending on the fitting requirements and natural hair.
At approximately 1.0g per strand, each extension contains twice the hair weight of a 0.5g strand. This provides more hair per individual attachment and means fewer strands may be required to achieve the desired overall amount of extension hair. Professional consultation and fitting are recommended.
These extensions are supplied in quantities of 25 strands. For this product, the recommended guide is approximately 100–125 strands (4–5 bundles) for a full-head application and around 50–75 strands (2–3 bundles) for a half-head application.
The exact quantity required will depend on your natural hair thickness, density, existing length and the amount of additional length or volume you want to achieve. We recommend discussing the required quantity with your hairstylist before ordering.
These 1.0g Stick-Tip extensions are designed for fitting using suitable Micro Rings. We recommend 4.5mm traditional Micro Rings or 5mm silicone-lined Micro Rings, together with professional extension pliers and a suitable hook or loop threading tool.

A suitable Micro Ring is positioned onto a small section of natural hair using a hook or loop tool. The Stick-Tip extension is then inserted into the ring before it is secured using professional extension pliers.
For these 1.0g strands, 4.5mm traditional rings or 5mm silicone-lined rings may be used according to the fitting requirements. Correct section size, ring selection and placement are important for a secure and comfortable application.

Stick-Tip extensions should be removed carefully by opening the Micro Rings with suitable removal pliers before gently releasing the individual extension strands from the natural hair.

With appropriate fitting, care and maintenance, these extensions can be worn for approximately 2–3 months. Correct care of both the human hair and Micro Ring attachment areas is important throughout wear.
Avoid applying oils, conditioners or heavy styling products directly around the Micro Rings, as this may contribute to slippage. Keep direct heat away from the attachment areas and brush the extensions carefully while supporting the fitted points.

#99J Red Wine is a deep burgundy-red shade with rich wine-toned colouring. It is particularly suited to natural or coloured hair with darker red, burgundy or wine tones through the mid-lengths and ends.
Compared with #33 True Copper, #99J Red Wine is considerably darker and less orange. #33 has a bright orange-red copper appearance, while #99J provides a deeper burgundy-wine finish.
Compared with #30 Deep Auburn, #99J has a stronger burgundy-red character. #30 retains more warm brown and auburn depth, while #99J moves towards a richer wine-red appearance.
Compared with #530 Plum Red, #99J is warmer and more burgundy-based. #530 introduces a cooler, more purple-red plum tone, while #99J remains closer to a classic deep wine red.
Compared with #350 Copper Red, #99J is much deeper and less vibrant. #350 has stronger bright copper-red colouring, while #99J provides a darker, richer burgundy result.
Red and burgundy shades can appear different depending on lighting, so compare the colour against your hair in good natural daylight wherever possible.
For the best colour comparison, check the extensions against the mid-lengths and ends of your natural hair rather than matching only against the roots.
