Our #1 Jet Black 20 Inch 0.5g Nano-Tip Hair Extensions are a deep, true black shade, ideal for naturally black and very dark hair. The 20-inch length provides a noticeable increase in length while each 0.5g strand offers a lighter individual strand weight for flexible placement throughout the hair. The extensions are supplied in bundles of 25 individual strands.
Nano-Tip extensions use a very small Nano Ring attachment and require no heat or glue during standard application. Their discreet size makes them a popular choice for individual strand extensions where small, neat attachment points are preferred.
Nano Rings are approximately 3mm in size and considerably smaller than traditional Micro Ring attachments, helping them sit discreetly within the natural hair.
Each extension weighs approximately 0.5g per strand. Compared with our fuller-weight 1.0g Nano-Tip extensions, the lighter individual strand weight allows the required amount of hair to be distributed across a greater number of individual attachment points.
The strand-by-strand fitting method also allows the extensions to be positioned throughout the hair according to the desired amount of length and volume. With a 20-inch length, careful placement and blending are particularly important when extending shorter natural hair.
Correct sectioning, a suitable strand weight and professional fitting are recommended to achieve the best result for the client's natural hair.
Each bundle contains 25 individual 0.5g Nano-Tip strands, weighing approximately 12.5g per bundle. The amount required will depend on the thickness and density of the natural hair, its starting length and the amount of additional length and volume you want to achieve.
These quantities are a general guide only. If the natural hair is particularly short, thick or bluntly cut, additional strands may be required to create a smooth blend into the 20-inch length. A professional consultation is recommended before fitting.

Nano-Tip extensions are removed by carefully reopening the fitted Nano Ring using suitable professional removal pliers. Avoid pulling or dragging a closed ring through the natural hair.

Correct aftercare can help keep your Nano-Tip extensions soft, manageable and looking their best. Brush gently, keep oils and heavy conditioners away from the Nano Ring attachment area and make sure the attachment points are completely dry after washing.
The human hair can be styled using suitable heated tools and heat protection, but avoid applying direct heat to the bonded tips and Nano Ring attachment area.

#1 Jet Black is a deep, true black shade designed for naturally black and very dark hair where a strong black finish is required.
Compared with #1B Off Black, #1 Jet Black has a deeper and more definite black appearance. If your natural hair looks slightly softer or shows subtle brown tones, particularly in daylight, #1B Off Black may provide a closer match.
Jet Black can also be combined with neighbouring dark shades where the natural hair contains more than one brunette or black tone.
For the best result, compare the extensions with the mid-lengths and ends of your natural hair rather than relying only on your root colour.
