Add soft black length and fuller-looking results with our #1B Off Black 14 Inch 0.5g Stick-Tip (I-Tip) Hair Extensions. Made from Chinese Remy human hair, these silky-straight individual extensions feature slim keratin-sealed Stick-Tip ends designed for professional application using suitable Micro Rings or Shrinkies.
Each strand weighs approximately 0.5g, providing approximately 12.5g of hair across 25 strands. #1B Off Black is a soft, natural-looking black shade with subtle brunette depth, making it particularly suited to very dark hair that is not a strong jet black.
Stick-Tip hair extensions, also known as I-Tip extensions, are individual human hair strands supplied with a slim, firm tip designed to be secured to small sections of natural hair using a suitable attachment method.
These Stick-Tips can be fitted using Micro Rings, which are secured with professional extension pliers, or with Shrinkies, which are heated using a suitable Hair Extension Heat Connector .
At approximately 0.5g per strand, these extensions provide a lightweight individual-strand option. The most appropriate fitting method, strand quantity and attachment size will depend on the density and condition of the natural hair and the finished result required. Professional consultation and fitting are recommended.
These extensions are supplied in quantities of 25 strands. As a general guide, approximately 150–200 strands (6–8 bundles) may be used for a full-head application, while around 75–100 strands (3–4 bundles) may be used for a half-head application.
The exact quantity required depends on factors including your natural hair thickness, density, existing length and the amount of length or volume you want to achieve. We recommend discussing the required quantity with your hairstylist before ordering.
The tools and attachments required will depend on whether the extensions are being fitted with Micro Rings or Shrinkies. Professional extension tools should be used for both fitting and removal.

When fitting with Micro Rings, a suitable ring is positioned onto a small section of natural hair, the Stick-Tip extension is inserted and the ring is secured using professional extension pliers.
Stick-Tips may also be fitted using suitable Shrinkies. With this method, the extension and natural hair are positioned within the Shrinkie before controlled heat is applied to secure the attachment.

Stick-Tip extensions should be removed carefully using the correct technique for the attachment method used. Micro Rings are opened using suitable removal pliers before the extension strand is gently released from the natural hair.

With appropriate fitting and maintenance, these extensions can be worn for approximately 2–3 months. The human hair can be washed and styled, but correct care of both the extensions and attachment areas is important throughout wear.
Avoid applying oils, conditioners or heavy styling products directly around the attachment areas, as this may contribute to slippage. The extensions should also be brushed carefully while supporting the attachment points.

#1B Off Black is a very dark shade with a softer appearance than a true jet black. Subtle brunette colouring may become more noticeable in natural daylight, making it useful for very dark hair that is not completely black.
Compared with #1 Jet Black, #1B Off Black is slightly softer and less intense. #1 Jet Black is better suited where the natural or coloured hair has a deep, solid true-black appearance.
For the best colour comparison, check the extensions against the mid-lengths and ends of your natural hair in good natural daylight rather than matching only against the roots.
