Our #2 Dark Brown 20 Inch 0.5g Nano-Tip Hair Extensions are a rich, deep brunette shade suited to naturally dark brown hair and brunette blends that need depth without looking black. The longer 20-inch length is ideal for creating a noticeable increase in length, while the 0.5g individual strands allow the extension hair to be distributed across multiple attachment points. Each bundle contains 25 individual Nano-Tip strands.
Nano-Tip extensions are fitted strand by strand using very small Nano Rings. The standard application method requires no heat or glue and allows technicians to position individual extensions throughout the hair according to the required coverage, length and volume.
Nano Rings are approximately 3mm in size and considerably smaller than traditional Micro Ring attachments, helping the attachment points sit discreetly within the natural hair.
Each extension weighs approximately 0.5g per strand. Compared with our fuller-weight 1.0g Nano-Tip extensions, the lighter individual strand weight allows the required amount of hair to be spread across a greater number of individual attachment points.
The individual fitting method gives the technician flexibility when creating the required distribution of hair. This becomes particularly important with 20-inch extensions, where sufficient coverage and careful blending help the additional length flow naturally into the client's own hair.
The appropriate strand weight and number of extensions will depend on the condition, density and starting length of the natural hair. Professional consultation and fitting are recommended.
Each bundle contains 25 individual 0.5g strands and weighs approximately 12.5g. The total amount required varies according to the natural hair density, head size, starting length and the finished result you want to achieve.
These quantities are a general guide only. Short, thick or bluntly cut natural hair may require additional strands to create sufficient coverage and a smooth transition into the 20-inch extension length. A professional consultation is recommended before deciding on the final quantity.

Nano-Tip extensions are removed by carefully reopening the fitted Nano Ring using suitable professional removal pliers. Avoid pulling or dragging a closed ring through the natural hair.

Suitable aftercare helps maintain both the condition of the hair and the Nano Ring attachment area. Brush the extensions gently, avoid applying oils or heavy conditioners directly around the rings and thoroughly dry the attachment points after washing.
Heated styling tools can be used on the human hair with an appropriate heat-protection product. Avoid applying direct heat to the bonded tips and Nano Ring attachment area.

#2 Dark Brown is a rich, deep brunette shade that provides strong colour depth while remaining distinctly brown rather than black. It is a useful match for naturally dark brunette hair and deeper brunette colour blends.
If your hair is so dark that it appears almost black, #1B Off Black may provide a closer match. If your brunette shade is slightly softer or lighter, one of the neighbouring brown shades may blend more naturally.
Dark brunette colours can appear deeper indoors and warmer in natural daylight, so check the extensions against the mid-lengths and ends of your hair in more than one lighting condition where possible.
