Add deep wine-red length and extra fullness with our #99J Red Wine 20 Inch 0.5g Micro-Loop Hair Extensions. Made from Chinese Remy human hair, each individual strand comes with a pre-attached nylon loop and Micro Ring, making the extensions ready for professional Micro-Loop fitting.
Each extension weighs approximately 0.5g, with 25 strands providing approximately 12.5g of hair. At approximately 20 inches / 51cm in length, these extensions can be used to add longer length, additional fullness or a combination of both.
#99J Red Wine is a deep burgundy and wine-red shade with rich red character. It is considerably darker and less orange than #33 True Copper, making it particularly suited to deeper burgundy, wine-red and dark red hair colours.
Micro-Loop hair extensions are individual Remy human hair strands supplied with their own pre-attached loop and Micro Ring. Because the loop and ring are already positioned on each extension, there is no need to add a separate Micro Ring before fitting.
The pre-attached loop also means a separate pulling needle or threading tool is not required to guide the natural hair through the attachment. Once the natural hair has been drawn through the loop and into the Micro Ring, the ring is positioned and secured using suitable smooth-jaw extension pliers.
The Micro-Loop fitting method does not require heat, glue or bonding adhesive. Correct section size, attachment positioning and ring tension remain important for a secure and comfortable professional application.
At approximately 0.5g per strand, the extension hair is distributed across multiple individual attachment points. The appropriate quantity and placement should be selected according to the density and condition of the natural hair and the desired finished result.

These extensions are supplied in quantities of 25 strands. For our 0.5g Micro-Loop range, the recommended guide is approximately 175–200 strands (7–8 bundles) for a full-head application and around 100–150 strands (4–6 bundles) for a half-head application.
The exact quantity required will depend on your natural hair thickness, density, existing length and the amount of additional length or volume you want to achieve. Shorter or particularly thick natural hair may require additional extension hair. We recommend discussing the required quantity with your hairstylist before ordering.
As the loop and Micro Ring are already attached to each extension strand, fitting primarily requires suitable professional extension pliers. A separate pulling needle or threading tool is not required for the pre-attached loop system.

A small section of natural hair is passed through the pre-attached loop. The loop is then pulled to guide the natural hair into the attached Micro Ring. Once correctly positioned, the ring is secured using suitable smooth-jaw professional extension pliers.

With appropriate fitting, care and maintenance, these Chinese Remy human hair extensions can be worn for approximately 2–3 months. The hair can be curled, straightened and cut, but correct care of both the extension hair and Micro Ring attachment areas is important throughout wear.
Always use a suitable heat-protection product when curling, straightening or otherwise heat styling the extension hair. Avoid applying direct heat to the Micro Rings or attachment areas.
Oils, conditioners and heavy styling products should be kept away from the fitted points, as these may contribute to slippage. Brush the extensions carefully while supporting the attachment areas.

#99J Red Wine is a deep burgundy and wine-red shade with rich, dark red character. It sits considerably deeper than bright copper and auburn shades within our colour range.
Compared with #33 True Copper, #99J Red Wine is much darker, cooler and less orange. #33 provides a vivid orange-red copper appearance, whereas #99J moves into a deep burgundy and wine-red result.
Compared with #30 Deep Auburn, #99J Red Wine has stronger burgundy-red character and less warm brown depth. #30 remains more auburn and brown-based, while #99J produces a deeper wine-red appearance.
Compared with #27 Strawberry Blonde, #99J Red Wine is substantially deeper and contains far less blonde and golden character. #27 remains a warm strawberry-blonde shade, whereas #99J sits firmly within the darker red range.
If #33 True Copper appears too bright or orange and #30 Deep Auburn looks too brown-based, #99J Red Wine may provide the closer option for a deeper, richer burgundy-red result.
For the best colour comparison, check the extensions against the mid-lengths and ends of your natural hair in good natural daylight rather than matching only against the roots.
