3. Gently detangle the extension lengths and divide the client's hair into manageable working sections.

4. Isolate a single keratin attachment, ensuring the surrounding natural hair is separated from the bond being removed.

5. Carefully compress or crack the compatible keratin attachment with suitable professional bond removal pliers.

6. Use the 30ml pump-action nozzle to apply a small, controlled amount of Italian Keratin Removal Solution directly to the attachment, avoiding unnecessary contact with skin, scalp and surrounding hair.

7. Allow the remover a few minutes to work into the bond, following any specific instructions provided with the product.

8. Carefully work the softened attachment again with suitable bond removal pliers until the bond begins to break down.

9. When the attachment has sufficiently loosened, gently separate the extension from the natural hair without pulling or forcing it.

10. If the bond remains resistant, stop and repeat the appropriate remover and bond-breaking stages rather than increasing tension on the natural hair.

11. Carefully remove remaining bond fragments and accumulated natural shed hair using a suitable professional technique.

12. Repeat section by section, then inspect and cleanse the natural hair using an appropriate after-removal routine.
