Create naturally dark length and fuller-looking results with our #1B Off Black 22 Inch 1.0g Nail-Tip (U-Tip) Hair Extensions. Made from Chinese Remy human hair, these individual extensions feature pre-bonded keratin nail-shaped tips designed for professional fusion application.
Each strand weighs approximately 1.0g, providing approximately 25g of hair across 25 strands. #1B Off Black is a soft, natural-looking black shade with subtle brunette depth, making it particularly suited to very dark hair that does not have the intense solid-black appearance of #1 Jet Black.
Nail-Tip hair extensions are individual human hair strands supplied with a pre-bonded keratin tip. During fitting, the keratin bond is heated using a Hair Extension Heat Connector and secured around a small section of the natural hair.
At approximately 1.0g per strand, these extensions contain more hair in each individual strand than the 0.5g option. This allows more hair to be added using fewer individual bonds, although the most appropriate strand weight and quantity will depend on the density and condition of the natural hair and the desired finished result. Professional consultation and fitting are recommended.
These extensions are supplied in quantities of 25 strands. As a general guide, approximately 100–125 strands (4–5 bundles) may be used for a full-head application, while around 50–75 strands (2–3 bundles) may be used for a half-head application.
The exact quantity required depends on factors including your natural hair thickness, density, existing length and the amount of length or volume you want to achieve. We recommend discussing the required quantity with your hairstylist before ordering.
Nail-Tip extensions use a heat-fusion fitting method. The pre-bonded keratin tip is softened using a fusion heat connector and formed around an appropriately sized section of natural hair during application.

Nail-Tip extensions should be removed carefully using the appropriate removal technique and products to soften and separate the keratin bonds from the natural hair.

With appropriate maintenance, these extensions can be worn for approximately 2–3 months. The human hair can be washed and styled, but correct care of both the extensions and keratin bonds is important throughout wear.

#1B Off Black is a soft, natural-looking black shade with subtle brunette depth. It is particularly suited to naturally very dark hair that appears black overall but can show softer brown tones in natural daylight.
Compared with #1 Jet Black, #1B Off Black has a softer and slightly less intense appearance. #1 Jet Black is the better option where the natural hair has a strong, solid true-black colour.
Compared with #2 Dark Brown, #1B remains noticeably darker and more black in appearance. #2 is better suited where a rich brunette tone is clearly visible rather than an overall black shade.
For the best colour comparison, check the extensions against the mid-lengths and ends of your natural hair in good natural daylight rather than matching only against the roots.
