Add classic chocolate-brown length and fuller-looking results with our #4 Chocolate Brown 22 Inch 1.0g Nail-Tip (U-Tip) Hair Extensions. Made from Chinese Remy human hair, these individual extensions feature pre-bonded keratin nail-shaped tips designed for professional fusion application.
Each strand weighs approximately 1.0g, providing approximately 25g of hair across 25 strands. #4 Chocolate Brown is a classic medium-to-dark brunette shade with rich chocolate colouring, making it particularly suited to natural chocolate-brown and multi-tonal brunette hair.
Nail-Tip hair extensions are individual human hair strands supplied with a pre-bonded keratin tip. During fitting, the keratin bond is heated using a Hair Extension Heat Connector and secured around a small section of the natural hair.
At approximately 1.0g per strand, these extensions contain more hair in each individual strand than the 0.5g option. This allows more hair to be added using fewer individual bonds, although the most appropriate strand weight and quantity will depend on the density and condition of the natural hair and the desired finished result. Professional consultation and fitting are recommended.
These extensions are supplied in quantities of 25 strands. As a general guide, approximately 100–125 strands (4–5 bundles) may be used for a full-head application, while around 50–75 strands (2–3 bundles) may be used for a half-head application.
The exact quantity required depends on factors including your natural hair thickness, density, existing length and the amount of length or volume you want to achieve. We recommend discussing the required quantity with your hairstylist before ordering.
Nail-Tip extensions use a heat-fusion fitting method. The pre-bonded keratin tip is softened using a fusion heat connector and formed around an appropriately sized section of natural hair during application.

Nail-Tip extensions should be removed carefully using the appropriate removal technique and products to soften and separate the keratin bonds from the natural hair.

With appropriate maintenance, these extensions can be worn for approximately 8–12 weeks. The human hair can be washed and styled, but correct care of both the extensions and keratin bonds is important throughout wear.

#4 Chocolate Brown is a classic medium-to-dark brunette shade with rich chocolate colouring. It is particularly suited to natural brunette hair that falls between deeper dark brown and softer medium-brown shades.
Compared with #3 Dark Chocolate Brown, #4 Chocolate Brown is slightly lighter and softer. #3 is better suited where the natural hair has a deeper, darker chocolate-brunette appearance.
Compared with #6 Brown, #4 Chocolate Brown has greater depth and a darker overall appearance. #6 is better suited where the natural hair is a softer, more balanced medium brunette.
#4 Chocolate Brown can also blend well with multi-tonal brunette hair containing a combination of chocolate, medium-brown and slightly deeper brunette shades.
For the best colour comparison, check the extensions against the mid-lengths and ends of your natural hair in good natural daylight rather than matching only against the roots.
