Add balanced brunette length and fullness with our #8 Medium Brown 18 Inch 1.0g Nail-Tip (U-Tip) Hair Extensions. Made from Chinese Remy human hair, these silky-straight individual extensions feature pre-bonded keratin nail-shaped tips designed for professional fusion application.
Each strand weighs approximately 1.0g, providing approximately 25g of hair across 25 strands. #8 Medium Brown is a balanced medium brunette shade with a softer overall appearance than deeper brown colours, making it particularly suited to natural medium-brown and multi-tonal brunette hair.
Nail-Tip hair extensions are individual human hair strands supplied with a pre-bonded keratin tip. During fitting, the keratin bond is heated using a Hair Extension Heat Connector and secured around a small section of the natural hair.
At approximately 1.0g per strand, these extensions contain more hair in each individual strand than the lighter 0.5g option. The number and placement of strands should be selected according to your natural hair density, existing length and desired finished result. Professional consultation and fitting are recommended.
These extensions are supplied in quantities of 25 strands. As a general guide, approximately 100–125 strands (4–5 bundles) may be used for a full-head application, while around 50–75 strands (2–3 bundles) may be used for a half-head application.
The exact quantity required can vary depending on your natural hair thickness, density, existing length and the amount of length or volume you want to achieve. We recommend discussing the required quantity with your hairstylist before ordering.
Nail-Tip extensions use a heat-fusion fitting method. The pre-bonded keratin tip is softened using a fusion heat connector and formed around an appropriately sized section of natural hair during application.

Nail-Tip extensions should be removed carefully using the appropriate removal technique and products to soften and separate the keratin bonds from the natural hair.

With appropriate maintenance, these extensions can be worn for approximately 2–3 months. The human hair can be washed and styled, but correct care of both the extensions and keratin bonds is important throughout wear.

#8 Medium Brown is a balanced medium brunette shade with a natural-looking brown appearance. It is particularly suited to medium brown hair where neither very dark brunette nor light brown colouring dominates.
Compared with #6 Brown, #8 Medium Brown has a slightly lighter and softer overall appearance. If your natural hair has deeper medium-brown colouring, #6 may provide the closer match.
#8 Medium Brown can also blend well with multi-tonal brunette hair containing a mixture of medium and slightly lighter brown shades through the mid-lengths and ends.
For the best colour comparison, check the extensions against the mid-lengths and ends of your natural hair in good natural daylight rather than matching only against the roots.
