Each piece weighs approximately 2.5g and measures around 4cm / 1.5 inches wide. At approximately 14 inches / 36cm long, this length is suited to adding shorter-length extension hair, extra thickness or helping blend areas where considerably longer extensions are not required.
#1 Jet Black is the deepest true black shade in our range. It is darker than #1B Off Black, which has subtle brunette depth, and considerably darker than #2 Dark Brown.

These Tape-In extensions are made from Chinese Remy human hair. The hair can be washed, curled and straightened using suitable hair-extension products and styling techniques.
When using heated styling tools, apply a suitable heat-protection product and avoid excessive temperatures. Keep direct heat away from the adhesive tape tabs, as excessive heat around the attachment may affect the bond.
The pre-attached tape can remain secure for approximately 1–2 months, although actual wear will vary according to fitting, aftercare, washing frequency, natural hair oils and other factors.
When the extensions are removed and suitable for reuse, replacement adhesive tabs can be fitted using HairX Pro Replacement Tape Tabs .
Before fitting or reapplying Tape-In extensions, the natural hair and attachment area should be prepared appropriately and kept free from conditioners, oils and styling products that could interfere with the adhesive.

With correct care and maintenance, the extension hair has an approximate lifespan of 2–3 months. Handle the hair gently when brushing, washing, drying and styling, particularly around the tape attachments.
Avoid applying oils, conditioners, creams or other slippery products directly onto the adhesive tabs, as these may affect the attachment.

#1 Jet Black is the deepest true black shade in our hair extension range and is suited to naturally very dark black hair.
Compared with #1B Off Black, #1 Jet Black is deeper and more intensely black. #1B has subtle brunette depth that can become more noticeable in natural daylight.
Compared with #2 Dark Brown, #1 Jet Black is considerably darker. #2 is clearly within the brunette section of the range rather than appearing true black.
If the natural hair looks intensely black both indoors and in daylight, #1 Jet Black may be the closer shade to compare. If it appears black indoors but shows subtle brown tones in daylight, compare it with #1B Off Black.
For the best colour comparison, check the extensions against the mid-lengths and ends of the natural hair in good natural daylight rather than matching only against the roots.
