Each piece weighs approximately 2.5g and measures around 4cm / 1.5 inches wide. At approximately 18 inches / 46cm long, these extensions provide additional length and thickness while allowing individual Tape-In pieces to be positioned throughout the hair.
#2 Dark Brown is a rich, deep brunette shade. It is lighter and more brown-toned than #1B Off Black, slightly deeper than #3 Dark Chocolate Brown and noticeably darker than #4 Chocolate Brown.
Tape-In extensions use pre-attached adhesive sections to secure individual pieces of extension hair to carefully selected sections of the natural hair. Correct preparation, sectioning and positioning are important when fitting this semi-permanent extension method.

These Tape-In extensions are made from Chinese Remy human hair. The hair can be washed, curled and straightened using suitable hair-extension products and styling techniques.
When using heated styling tools, apply a suitable heat-protection product and avoid excessive temperatures. Keep direct heat away from the adhesive tape tabs, as excessive heat around the attachment may affect the bond.
The pre-attached tape can remain secure for approximately 1–2 months, although actual wear will vary depending on fitting, aftercare, washing frequency, natural hair growth, natural hair oils and other individual factors.
When previously removed extension hair remains suitable for reapplication, replacement adhesive tabs can be fitted using HairX Pro Replacement Tape Tabs .
Before fitting or reapplying Tape-In extensions, the natural hair and attachment area should be prepared appropriately and kept free from conditioners, oils and styling products that could interfere with the adhesive.

With correct care and maintenance, the extension hair has an approximate lifespan of 2–3 months. Handle the hair gently when brushing, washing, drying and styling, paying particular attention to the tape attachment areas.
Avoid applying oils, conditioners, creams or other slippery products directly onto the adhesive tabs, as these may affect the attachment.

Compared with #1B Off Black, #2 is lighter and more distinctly brown. #1B remains much closer to black with only subtle brunette depth.
Compared with #3 Dark Chocolate Brown, #2 is slightly deeper. #3 has a somewhat softer dark-chocolate brunette appearance.
Compared with #4 Chocolate Brown, #2 is noticeably darker. #4 moves further into a classic medium-dark chocolate brunette.
