Add deep chocolate-brunette length and fuller-looking results with our #3 Dark Chocolate Brown 18 Inch Tape-In Hair Extensions. Each pack contains 20 individual pre-taped pieces made from Chinese Remy human hair, providing approximately 50g of extension hair in total.
Each piece weighs approximately 2.5g and measures around 4cm / 1.5 inches wide. At approximately 18 inches / 46cm long, these extensions provide additional length and thickness while allowing individual Tape-In pieces to be positioned throughout the hair.
#3 Dark Chocolate Brown is a deep chocolate-brunette shade. It is slightly lighter and softer than #2 Dark Brown, darker and deeper than #4 Chocolate Brown, and considerably lighter than #1B Off Black.

These quantities are general guides rather than fixed requirements. Depending on the natural hair and intended result, more or fewer packs may be appropriate.
These Tape-In extensions are made from Chinese Remy human hair. The hair can be washed, curled and straightened using suitable hair-extension products and styling techniques.
When using heated styling tools, apply a suitable heat-protection product and avoid excessive temperatures. Keep direct heat away from the adhesive tape tabs, as excessive heat around the attachment may affect the bond.
The pre-attached tape can remain secure for approximately 1–2 months, although actual wear will vary depending on fitting, aftercare, washing frequency, natural hair growth, natural hair oils and other individual factors.
When previously removed extension hair remains suitable for reapplication, replacement adhesive tabs can be fitted using HairX Pro Replacement Tape Tabs .
Before fitting or reapplying Tape-In extensions, the natural hair and attachment area should be prepared appropriately and kept free from conditioners, oils and styling products that could interfere with the adhesive.

With correct care and maintenance, the extension hair has an approximate lifespan of 2–3 months. Handle the hair gently when brushing, washing, drying and styling, paying particular attention to the tape attachment areas.
Avoid applying oils, conditioners, creams or other slippery products directly onto the adhesive tabs, as these may affect the attachment.

#3 Dark Chocolate Brown is a deep chocolate-brunette shade positioned between the darker #2 Dark Brown and the softer #4 Chocolate Brown.
Compared with #2 Dark Brown, #3 is slightly lighter and softer. #2 retains greater depth and a darker brunette appearance.
Compared with #4 Chocolate Brown, #3 is darker and deeper. #4 has a softer classic chocolate-brown appearance with less overall depth.
Compared with #1B Off Black, #3 is considerably lighter. #1B remains much closer to black, with only subtle brunette depth.
If #2 Dark Brown appears slightly too deep but #4 Chocolate Brown looks too light, #3 Dark Chocolate Brown may be the closer shade to compare.
For the best colour comparison, check the extensions against the mid-lengths and ends of the natural hair in good natural daylight rather than matching only against the roots.

These individual Chinese Remy human hair extensions use a pre-bonded keratin Nail-Tip / U-Tip attachment and are fitted professionally using a fusion heat connector.
At approximately 0.5g per strand, this range provides a lighter individual strand that is useful for flexible placement and blending.
These extensions are supplied in quantities of 25 strands.
As a general guide, approximately 150–200 strands (6–8 bundles) may be used for a full-head application, while around 75–100 strands (3–4 bundles) may be used for a half-head application.
The exact amount required depends on your natural hair thickness, density, existing length and the finished result you want to achieve. We recommend discussing the required quantity with your hairstylist before ordering.
Nail-Tip extensions use a heat-fusion fitting method. The pre-bonded keratin tip is softened using a professional fusion heat connector and secured around an appropriately sized section of natural hair.

With suitable aftercare, the extensions can be worn for approximately 2–3 months. They can be washed, curled and straightened, while care should be taken around the keratin attachments.

Tape-In extensions should be professionally fitted to clean, completely dry natural hair. Oils, conditioners, serums and styling-product residue around the attachment area can interfere with adhesion.
For a standard tape-sandwich fitting, create a neat fitting row and isolate an appropriate section of natural hair. Position one pre-taped panel beneath the section, align a second panel above it and make sure the natural hair is distributed evenly between the two adhesive areas.
Once the panels are correctly aligned, use suitable Tape-In application pliers to apply controlled, even pressure across the attachment. The finished panels should sit flat and secure while allowing comfortable natural movement.
Do not place Tape-In panels tightly against the scalp, contaminate the adhesive with fingers or products, or use direct heat on the adhesive attachment.
Tape-In extensions should be professionally removed using a compatible Tape-In adhesive remover. Work with one attachment at a time and apply the remover directly to the adhesive area.
Allow the removal solution time to soften and release the tape before carefully separating the panels. Never pull, peel or force a resistant attachment away from the natural hair.
After removal, clear old adhesive residue from reusable Tape-In panels and prepare them correctly before applying fresh compatible replacement tape tabs for professional refitting.
Brush fitted extension hair gently from the ends upwards while supporting the hair near the Tape-In attachment areas. Avoid unnecessary pulling or tension on the panels.
Wash fitted extensions upright using lukewarm water and suitable hair-extension products. Keep oils, conditioners, masks, creams and other slippery products away from the adhesive tabs.
Dry the natural-hair roots and Tape-In attachment areas thoroughly before sleeping. Never sleep with fitted extensions wet or damp, and keep concentrated heat away from the adhesive panels.
Use suitable heat protection through the human-hair lengths. We do not recommend dyeing, bleaching or toning HairXtensions hair, or using silver, purple, blue or other colour-depositing shampoos.
Use compatible professional tools and adhesive products for Tape-In fitting, removal and suitable refitting.
Please check the colour, length and suitability before removing the hygiene ribbon or fitting the extensions.
Tape-In Hair Extensions must remain unused and with the hygiene ribbon intact to be eligible for return under the applicable 28-day returns policy.
Extensions that have been fitted, worn, washed, heat styled, coloured, toned, bleached, had the hygiene ribbon removed or otherwise modified are normally not returnable as an unused change-of-mind return.
